Milad Committee Chairman Al-Haaj Ghulam Rasool Awami and Ch Muhammad Riaz Alam Advocate told media that this years different groups of young people and religious committees are preparing and decorating local Mosques to celebrate Eid Milad Un Nabi 2014 on 14 Jan 2014.
They said on 10th Rabi Ul Awal Car Rally will be organized in which young people from Mirpur will participate with their cars after Ashar Nimaz in Chowk Shaheedan.
They further told that Decorating on Public Places and on Roads is not permissible along with Collecting Money (Chanda) on name of Eid Milad un Nabi. They said if someone wants to become volunteer then he should pay from his pocket instead of begging money on main Roads.
Chairman Milad Committee said it is not allowed to stop traffic and people and put hurdles on the way and collect money.
Al-Haaj Ghulam Rasool Awami advised people to participate in Mehfils-e-Naats and gather in Local Masjids instead of creating problems on roads.
Milad Committee is not involved in any Chanda Collecting act neither Committee allows any one to collect money. People should decorate their homes with their own money and also they should participate in Milad Mehfils organized in Mosques.
Its really bad to create problem for people and we should avoid such acts which creates trouble for public.
