The department of Sports, Youth and Culture Azad Kashmir organized a Motor Car Rally for Independence Day Pakistan, from Mirpur Cricket Stadium. Commissioner Mirpur Division General Raja Imran Shaheen, State Officer Municipal Corporation Sardar Aqeel Mahmood, Assistant Director Sports Syed Liaquat Hussain Shah led the Rally.
People from different walks of life participated in the rally with their cars. Participants have hoisted the Pakistani Flags on their cars. Rally started from Mirpur Cricket Stadium, crossed Quaid e Azam Chowk, Chowk Shaheedan, Allama Iqbal Road and Kalial and finally ended back at Sports Stadium. The Participants raised slogans of Pakistan Zindabad, Quaide Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah Zindabad, Allama Iqbal Zindabad, Pakistan means La Illaha IL lallah, Kashmir relation with Pakistan La Illaha IL Lallah. Rally ended with the prayers of progress and prosperity of the nation.
