Widow appeals against injustice and emotional abuse from Lawyer Ramzan Dutt

A widow’s appeal as Ramzan Dutt a registered lawyer and a member of the Mirpur Bar, is trying to take over her land.

Ramzan Dutt, is using his membership as a tool and trying to take away their land.

As he has sources in the law department, he is asking people to create barriers in this case.

With the help of media the widow wants to appeal for help from Prime Minister Azad Kashmir, Chief Justice Supreme Court, Chief Justice High Court, IG police and Chief Secretary.

The bar council should dismiss Ramzan Dutt’s membership, and investigate the matter.

The widow shared her sad story at the Kashmir Press Club, she added that she is also Ramzan Dutt’s cousin and he took advantage of them at a vulnerable point.

According to the victim Rubina Qausar, wife of Late Abdul Hammid Dutt, who was a goldsmith by profession. And also a cousin of Ramzan Dutt, who has them trapped in a fake case, and took away everything they had.

She told at the KPC that her husband passed away in 2005, and during the period of her “iddat” Mr. Ramzan Dutt when to her husbands shop and took the power of attorney.

Which left Rubina Qauser and her kids without anything. She has lead a life of struggle and has done everything to ensure that her kids get good education.

Ramzan Dutt is the reason they have been through all this trouble as he took away what was his. Along with that he convinced her brother-in-law AbdulRehman that she was responsible for the power of attorney to go missing.

Now even after putting them through hell is is trying to takeover their plot in Khaliqabad.

After his efforts were shut down by the police he registered a fake case on her son Usman. All this woman wants is a peaceful life, and Mr. Ramzan Dutt is going everything in his power to stop her.
